Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products shipped within the United States. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How to Start a Return:

1. Email our support team at support@medzcareonline.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply with return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the product back using a trackable method.

Exceptions:
Certain prescription or perishable items may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
